Zhangzhou Yixing Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is a technology-based production enterprise integrating industry and trade. It is located in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, China, 1 hour’s drive from Xiamen. We started in the electroplating industry and have been providing customers with high-end product electroplating services since the 1980s. We have accumulated a lot of electroplating technology advantages, and then gradually expanded to product manufacturing, providing supporting hooks for supermarkets and shelf factories around the world. To this day, our company has reached long-term cooperation with many supermarkets and shelf factories, and our hook products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and other regions.
Our company has independently developed an automated/semi-automated production line, with a full range of processes such as mold development, wire drawing and bending, stamping, welding, and electroplating, achieving a production capacity of 200,000 hooks/piece. We currently have 40+ employees and 8 technical employees. We can design and customize products according to customer requirements, from product design to packaging and export, providing customers with one-stop service. The company’s quality inspection system is established at each process checkpoint, and quality inspection is carried out in each process flow room. Finally, all products are fully inspected for welding firmness, parallelism, brightness, smoothness and other factors before packaging and shipment, and can pass the 72-hour salt spray test or hundred-grid test.
